Privacy Policy — Cohervio

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Cohervio (https://cohervio.com) is a product in development operated by Cedarwood Labs LLC, a Delaware (US) company. This policy covers the website only. It explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

The site is an informational landing page. It has no user accounts, payments, cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, and no third-party scripts or fonts — all assets are self-hosted. We do not run any analytics or tracking tools of our own.

The site has one inquiry form. If you use it, we collect the entries you submit: your name, company, work email, and an optional message of up to 500 characters. Submitting the form sends these entries over HTTPS to a Cloudflare Worker, which emails them to Cedarwood Labs LLC. We keep no database of submissions.

How We Use Information

We use form entries only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible paid founding design-partnership pilot. There is no other use. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data Sharing and Security

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which provides hosting, CDN, DNS, security, and email delivery. Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser details to serve the site and protect it from abuse. A short-lived, in-memory rate limit uses the IP address to prevent form abuse.

Inquiry emails are kept in our company email system for as long as needed to respond to you and for ordinary business records. Beyond what is described above, we do not share your information with anyone.

Your Rights

You may request access to your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13. The inquiry form asks for a work email and is intended for business inquiries.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of this page.
